The Educational Portion of the Conference as well as the Expo will be held at The Marriott Hotel - Residence located at 7 Earl Street, which is just off Ontario street in Kinston, Ontario.

A special room rate has been set aside for attendees under “ Wooden Boat Expo”. A limit of 150 rooms have been set aside.

Our back up hotel for overflow is the:

A block of rooms with a special rate is also in place at this hotel and listed under “Wooden Boat Expo”.

Option 1: FULL CONFERENCE PASS…..$ 145.00

This pass includes unlimited access to the complete conference program sessions on Friday and Saturday in addition to the keynote sessions. It also includes access to the Antique and Classic Expo and to all of the networking cocktail receptions

Lunches and the Keynote Dinner are included.

Lunch and the Master Presenter Dinner on Saturday are also included.

Option 2: Saturday Day Pass …..$ 75.00

For those people who because of scheduling conflicts can ONLY attend the Saturday seminars we are now offering a special rate to accommodate.

This pass will include all of the Saturday Seminars which will run from 8:30am – 4:30pm. Lunch will be offered and access to the Antique and Classic Boat Expo is included in this day rate.

Option 3: Partner Plan …..$ 75.00

For those people that would like to have their partner attend the Dinner Receptions on Friday and Saturday Evening a rate of $ 75.00 is offered. This will include dinner and the keynote presentations on both evenings.
